I have lived in creekside for 2 years going on 3, I have never had any problems, maintence are always great, you never have to wait to long for them , as far as people complaining about roaches, I have not once seen a roach in my apartment , and they have pest control that sprays your apartment once a month per your request if you are having pest issues, but I have only heard of some people having problems with spiders and thats because they stay on the bottom level near a wooded area.So in my opinion if you are on here complaining about roaches you were probaly just nasty or had nasty neighbors, as for people on here speaking of break ins it does not happen everyday probaly once or twice a year, and you never know what that person has going on so you cant just determine that, break ins are everywhere from lithonia, atlantic station , buckhead , everywhere, you guys on here are a joke you must think we live in mayberry!

I am an ex employee of Creekside Corners. I worked there when it was Turnberry and stayed while it transitioned to Creekside Corners. I know each community has it's issues and problems, however I think it's very disrespectful to personally attack someone. The comments about all the ladies in the office are single mothers and have no education. That has nothing to do with the community. As a manager of Sharaye and Ayannah I know that they are professional mothers trying to make a living. I have observed them both and I know that they have the property best interest in hand, so anyone that wants an honest opinion about the community, speak with Ayannah or Sharaye, they have been ther through the long haul. I respect them as professionals and that is what apartment ratings is designed for. This system is not designed for the cowarts that want to be mean and stay anonymous. If you have an issue I know as a property manager of another property, we are in this to help regardless if it's Creekside Corners or anywhere else!!!!! Anywhere you are interested in living as residents get your opinion from other residents, not people that get on here to get their 5 minutes to vent. They are more than likely evicted victims and are mad and hurt!
