My issue is with the gap tooth assistant she filed on me and I paid my rent I never has these issues when the previous management was here I think they all suck. hopefully they will switch again or I am moving when my lease is up.

I don't have a problem with any of the new management staff personally. I am very concerned that the property seems to be going down rapidly. The appearance of the grounds is very un kemp. It appears by the high number of cars parked here in the middle of the day that a lot of these people don't work. Do you have to qualify to get an apartment here. It appears that they are allowing anybody to move in to keep the complex full. Forget about safety. The balconies look like projects, couches, aquariumms, deep freezers and god knows what else. My neighbor's rent was paid on time and they filed an eviction against her also. I'll never sign another lease and will warn anybody looking for an apartment to look somewhere else. It is very obvious that somebody from the management office is posing fake reviews on the site.
