I have lived here for some time now. I can say that for the most part that I have enjoyed living here. I would, however, like to see the management be more careful about the type of people who are allowed to move in. It's easier to control what happens on the front end of things than on the back end. I live in a pretty good building with people who are topnotch. The management overall is very good and helpful. The management stays on top of what is going on and acts on problems immediately! The only reason I can think of that a person might not want to live here is that they do not want to be thoughtful of their neighbors and do not want to follow the rules. But, if you can be a good neighbor and respect the property, this is a great place to live!!
