This property is well maintained and clean. The office staff is really nice and, maintenance does come when called. But, the enviroment is not a quiet and peaceful one. Neighbors play loud music at all hours of the night, the construction is poor because you can hear all the noise from the apartment upstairs. Walking, running, flushing, sneezing, the washing machine going crazy when off balance, fighting etc. There are lots of people hanging out in the parking area, waiting in their cars, and riding around the parking lot going no where. The price that you pay is not worth it. The apartments are not well constructed and there are roaches. Not good for kids or anyone looking for a quiet stay.
