My family & I have lived here for over a year now. We only moved here because we needed a place to stay fairly quickly and the price here was resonable. Since we came from out of state we didn't know the area & didn't know what we were getting ourselves into. If you look at the pics they have posted online you might think this place was half-decent, but no chance. The townhouses in front are well-maintained, but the farther you go into the community you see just how NASTY this place is.
I have lived in several apartment communities in other states, and this is by far the WORST!!! There are ROACHES ON TOP OF ROACHES... Need I say more... The maintenance staff is terrible, there are no screens on the windows, and the management staff is always changing. When asked if/when we would get screens on our windows we were basically told NEVER!! The dumpster/trash compactor is always overflowing with trash. The building doors are always kept open and the floor is never swept or mopped so anything you can think of is stuck to the floor, only to be tracked onto your outdated carpet. The laundry facility is just atrocious.

My advice is DO NOT MOVE HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN!!

I agree I got out of that apartment complex faster than I got in...sorry to hear ur having a hard time :(
