Have been there for about 2 years and we have gone through 3 property managers. I have been calling about my sink for about five months now, still no reply. Not only that, I had a problem with my water. The water in my kitchen (I believe) is contaminated. I brought this to the attention of the staff but NO ONE, has checked on the problem. My check was stolen from the drop box. They closed the drop box and make everyone come in to pay the rent. This is difficult if you're single and you have a real job working 8-5 M-F. The only day you can get in to pay your rent is on a Saturday because they are close on Sunday and you need to beware, because they will close early. The current property manager sits in the office with the doors locked, during office hours and you have to stand outside and wait for them to finally open the doors so that you can pay your rent (you may get charged if you don't, so keep you're calendar clear). You pay an arm and a leg, for inconvenience, inconsistency and inconsideration. I would never live here again (oh, and my place was also broken into). I would think twice if I were you.

I moved into these apartments when they were first built in 11/02. It was nice and quiet being only 5 families here. then the rush was on to fill the vacancies...I guess the section 8 people got their approvals or something. All of the sudden things gotten a little scary... with the potty mouthed teenagers hanging out all times of the night. They seemed stricted when we first moved in(made us move our sattelite dish). Im like you,as for the property manager(s) are unconcerned. they seemed careless and inconsiderate...after 1yr we didnt think twice about renewing our lease. we knew after the 4th month of residing there(it was time to go) However the following year I heard there was a kidnapping and a murder in that "Gated Community" I truly would not recommend this place.
