The maintenance crew is great and very prompt. The property is a composed of beautiful town-homes and garden style apartment homes. Parking is great; you can park right at your front door. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Location is awesome, Stonecrest Mall less than a mile, lots of restaurants for all your cravings. At night you can sleep peacefully and safely NO noise whatsoever!! I m not sure where those other residents reside or they may be somewhat confused. My son left my car door (Lexus) and front door open by accident all night no theft. The Manager is very professional and exceeds my expectations with every inquiry. There have been 3 managers over the past year, each manager was on it. A lot of properties have a high turn over rate in management and staff. Also management companies like to rotate their staff to different communities and/or promote them. I have been living here for a year; I am not a section 8 resident. However theft and violence can in any neighborhood. The Greens@Stonecrest in my opinion is by far the best at Stonecrest!

Wow... either you lived on another side or you're a manager and i hope you're not lying at the risk of making people spend money and being totally unsatisfied when they actually get there... if so, then you have some conscious... but if you were on the opposite side of men, then maybe that is true. I know that in the very front of the town homes there were blinds torn as if someone was upset and ripped the blinds up. It was in the very 1st apartment and it was very, very tacky... those blinds stayed that way for MONTHS. I'm just thankful that I am not over there anymore, but if you're happy then that's wonderful!
