I have only live here for about 9 months so far and I am leaving at the end of the year. The problems I have had include:

- Leaky a/c unit maintenance often comes out to fix the problem, but it is hardly ever done right and I was told that they are unsure of where the leak is actually coming from.

- Bugs of al kinds including spider, roaches, and a few bugs that I have never seen before until I moved here. I assumed that is because of the wooded area in the back.
- There use to be kids making a lot of noise at night, but that has stopped now that school is in.

- Leaks from the bathroom ceiling that I have informed the management about but nothing has been done yet.

The management staff acts friendly and knowledgeable but back up everything they say with written proof. Maintenance will come out right away to fix a problem with the a/c, fridge etc but will have you wait weeks to fix the light in the kitchen or things they consider not that important. I have had to call several times for some things to be fixed, but I have assumed that it is because of the personal problems between me and one of the members of the management team. I noticed that when she is in the office nothing gets fixed for me if I go through her, yet if I talk to anyone else my problems are fixed.

So far it has been a safe neighborhood to live in and the price is reasonable.

These apartments are bearable just have a can of Raid handy.
