I was going to rent a two bedroom apartment here and I was scheduled to move-in on 4/10/2009 but I said hell no when I saw the apartment that I would be occupying. I was shocked to see the condition of the apartment. The 2nd bedroom door had a hole in it that had been patched up with putty and painted over and it looked horrible! The tubs in both bathrooms were filthy as well as the sinks and faucets. The shelves in both closets were dusty and dirty and they're supposed to be white. Come on now! Ok this is the worst part, the stove was old as hell and filthy, the refrigerator was old as hell and filthy not to mention it stunk, the diswasher was also old as hell and filthy with rust and red stains inside of it. The cabinets were filthy of course and I wouldn't even think of putting anything in them. Of course this all wouldn't be complete w/out our little brown friends roaches. The had already moved in before me lol! Gross! They were crawling on the kitchen floor already. Wow! Then the broads in the rent office had the nerve to try to get me to sign my lease w/out doing a walk thru first. What the hell! I should have known to run then. These people are full of it! Please do not rent here and warn others not to rent here as well. Be careful about signing your name on that dotted line before seeing what your getting. I hate it for the poor suckers they're gonna get.
