Live here for years. Service went down the tubes as soon as Miles Properties took over. You'd have to pay me to live here!

Apartment was always freezing, Thermostat was replaced too many time to count but didn't help.

Roof leaks caused the sheetrock to buckle.

Fireplace is cracked and was never repaired.

You have to beg to get the weeds trimmed in the fenced-in areas.

Apartment flooded multiple times and it took ages to get the carpet replaced.

Staff in office is unstable, unprofessional, unruly, and rude to residents.

Maintenance staff treated poorly and paid peanuts so don't care about fixing anything.

Gate is never running, security systems were turned off (with no price reduction for losing the service), lighting is questionable.

Breakins are getting more common.

Pool and play ground are shutdown or locked and unusable sometimes.

Kids out all times of the night and without any supervision.

Bannisters loose and rotting. Weak spots on floors.
