Do not move into this complex. I'm a former resident of Highland Green (formerly Meadowood Apt's). The property was once a great place to live. Shorty after the management change, the rent continued to increase from 750 for a three bedroom to 875 when I left. This wouldn't have been such an issue if they would have made repairs and or upgrades to the constantly deteriorating unit. Faulty dishwashers, leaking AC units that flood the carpet weekly, old refridgerators. The last straw came when section 8 tenanats began moving in and management removed the standard security alarm service from each unit, it was now optional. Someone wrote about "rumored inside jobs" well i'm here to solidify that it is NOT a rumor. I was robbed by my neighbors. My roomate and I were being watched, and they broke in while we were at work through the back door and stashed the items in an abandoned laundry room ON THE PROPERTY. They had time to clean out the apartment coming back and forth all day knowing their time frame. There are alot of kids that skip school looking for trouble. Management did nothing, they know the problem tenants but did nothing. You, your property, and your kids are NOT safe here.
