I have been here since August of 2007 and I regret the day I moved in. I first paid on a deposit a month in advance for a "newly renovated unit" but at the time of move in my unit was not ready so what I got instead was a roach infested unit. My heating and AC barely work and when I clld someone to fix it I was told that I need to close th other vents to allow heta to flow to the other rooms and that there is nothing that could be done bc it was hot as it would get I was also told to get space heaterto keep the place warm. So far this has been one of my worst experience. My advice when moving here is REnter beware.

I feel you...I moved into another property with Highland, and it was the same, roach invested and I couldn't move in on the date I should have. It's been one thing after the next....they still have not fixed my electrical outlet, no screens on my windows, never fixed my front door rain comes in....they are a piece of ---- propertys...and they don't really care....only about getting the rent.

I have lived here since January 2008 and I have not had any problems at all. I actually love where I live. I live by the playground. Do you live in the back or somewhere like that? I wonder if it is bad in the back areas?

To answer Daphadil I stay in the front of the complex close to the park and leasing office and not only the unit horrible the community is horrible tthere are gunshots everywhere the guy behind my building lets his dogs run loose at night and I have a terrible pest problem in my entire building nats all over the entire house that i cant get rid of the property is terrible. And I still wouldnt recommend it to a soul.

Wow. i first moved here June 2005. I LOVED IT i moved july 2008. i had to go.Drugs, dogs , bugs, not heat in winter and yes those wild nats. Where were they coming from. I am happy Iam GONE!!!
