I first moved into the apartments with my parents in 1996 and they were very nice. Everyone was friendly, the landscaping wasn't a problem. Everything was just fine and dandy, until afew years later. Our car was stolen by some hoodlems (thankfully we got it back). After afew years the place just started going downhill. The air condtioning unit would start leaking water, so we had soaked carpets and the largest water bugs you would ever see.

The roachs are horrible, two to three would suddenly fly in from the bushes outside. The workers are horrible they don't do their job like they are supposed to. The people in the office are nasty and are not professional at all. The rent money was stolen from the office and when things like that start happening its time to go. They put a gate around the property it also connects in the front (it doesn't work) it would often get jammed when it did work.

The neighbors are so rude, they sit on your porch and talk away their lives as if no one else is living around them. If you live in the front, with the townhomes your mail will most likely be open (with the little hoodlems on your porch of course). The place is bad, and I'm glad we are finally getting out of here. We've stayed here for to long the place is a mess, never again. Don't come to Highland Greens, save your money its not about nothing.
