When I looked online I saw prices for the apartments like this:
ALL 2 bedrooms - 599
ALL 3 bedrooms - 699
$89 moves you in.

When you call or go there its a DIFFERENT STORY.

You have to pay a $89 administation fee, a $39 applicaion fee, $50 water fee and you DO have to pay the first months rent.

The special does not apply to the townhomes. Even though they are advertising ALL, that is not the case. The 2 bedroom townhome is $769 and the 3 is $940 - ''' for Lithonia' Very high rent $1000 or more to move in. Anyone familiar with Lithonia knows that is extremely high for that area and the apartments are not renovated. Everything is still the same since they built it. I was going to relocate but I have since changed my mind because they are asking more rent then some of the NEWER more exclusive apartments in SUWANEE or DULUTH. Plus they are not honoring the prices or specials that are advertised. Just a trick to get you there. Taking advantage of people in Lithonia is not the way to go so I wont be renting from this community and I hope you take a closer look for yourself. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

HELLO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, I THINK THE PRICING AND FEES HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE MANAGETMENT. I GOT IN 5 YEARS AGO ON A GREAT SPEACIAL AND NO FEES!!! BUT....AS THE YEARS PASSED OMG.....FEES OUT THE BUTT!! RENT WENT UP SKY HIGH. WE DIDNT PAY WATER AT FIRST BUT SOON AFTER WE WERE PAYING FOR WATER. AFTER 5 YEARS IN THE SAME 2BD2BTH APT. I LEFT PAYING $809.00....CRAZY. IT IS NOT WORTH THIS MUCH IN THAT LITHONIA AREA. I DON'T MIND PAYING THAT FOR SOMETHING ELSE. SO BEFORE YOU MOE TO HIGHLAND GREENS APT IN LITHONIA THINK TWICE THANKS

I moved to this apartment complex also during the spring of 2008. They advertise one special and then when you go to rent the apartment its a whole other story. After living there for a few months I broke my lease and decided to leave. For one, there was too much hanging out around the complex with teenagers smoking weed, and leaving used condoms in the parking lot. Secondly, at night there was a never ending amount of WATERBUGS that would be all on the stairs and the patios, Lastly maintenance and management would take their time to repair something. I had to call and pressure them for days/weeks on end for repairs. Roomy apartments, but too much rent for that area; especially when the gate does not even work to access the community
