I lived at Highland Place for 1 year, and it was the most horrible experience ever.I have a three year old son, and he couldn't even play outside because the drug activity was so bad. The leasing staff are very unprofessional. You might save money on the rent but your Georgia Power will make up for the savings. If you want to stay in the Ghetto then this is the place for you, but if you don't like the ghetto then this is definetly not the place for you. Not to mention that I was staying on top of a drug addict and in November she set her apartment on fire. The apartment stayed full of the burned rubble for 1 1/2 months. I had to call the leasing office everyday for them to correct the situation. They lied to me about when they were going to fix the problem.With me staying on the top of the burned apartment my apartment was smelling like smoke for 2 months!! Also I forgot to mention the gunshots that I would hear every night and they had ground security but they were as sorry as the leasing staff. The roach and ant problem is also out of control too.Then when you asked the leasing office for the corporate number they would always say they could not give the number out. I found the number on my own, but they didn't want to give out the number because thay know that they weren't don't their jobs. I can write you a book on all the problems, but I WOULDN'T RECOMMED THIS PROPERTY TO A DOG LET ALONE A HUMAN BEING!!!!!1
