I curently live in these apartments and I am looking for a way to break my lease without having to pay. My car was broken in to, my house was broken into on Christmas eve, it is now April 12th and they have yet to come out and plaster the door. My friend around the corner had her apartment broken into and just last week she had to call the police because they were shooting right in form of her door on a Saturday afternoon while the children were outside playing. The dumpster is always running over, the breezways are dark and nasty and they told me they were going to paint them when I moved in but they have not. The plaster is falling off the ceiling, I have my dresser propped on a jenja peice because the floors are not level and it was tipping over. I went for value and got disaster. Did I mention the constant gun shoots' the guy across the street was killed and there was a shooting on Halloween night.
