I am 20 years old this is my very first apartment,and I must admit when I seen the prices I couldn't say no. I should have known something was fishy about the apartments because they couldn't show me and my room mate an apartment or model apartment but we didn't think anything of it at first.We moved there in December and of course its cold,and what do you know...NO HEAT!!!!Unless I had it on 90 degrees and the GA power bill was ridiculous. We told them(RENT OFFICE) about that and they did come out but the did absoulutely NOTHING!!!!my door frame looked as if it had been kicked in and I have had people who have been there before tell me that a drug dealer use to live in my apartment and it has had its share of door kicks.Squirels and birds are up early in the morning coming through my ROOF!!!Roaches left and right the send an exterminator but all he did was make the roaches hide.Shingles are falling off my roof.False allegations made by the RENT OFFICE of me and my room mate shooting at each other,and being loud,making disturbancesall because of our sexual orientation when we haven't done anything to the rent office.Now we are looking at being evacuated because of these violations that we NEVER RECEIVED and were suppose to.AND HERE"S THE HEAD BANGER when we confronted one of the managers we were called and I quote "Dyking ass -------" now you tell me juss how professional that is you like being treated like crap by all means please move to HELL IN A WHOLE PLACE aka highland place apartments........

U are so right because I live here and have three kids and when people ask me about these apartments I tell them hell no U don't want to live at Highland Place. Better Yet like U said hell in the whole place because that's what it really is. The staff don't really care and can be just as ghetto as the place looks. There are plenty of bugs. I even had to call the code enforcement on this place. I'm trying to hold out until my lease is up and when it's up you better believe I'm going to take my kids and run like my life depends on it and don't look back.
