Im currently a resident here by deception and my wife and I go to sleep to the sound of gunshots almost every night. The supposed attempts to clean this palce up have all been purely asthetic. They have painted and striped the parking lot to make a good impression on the uninformed but the hallways, carpets, walls etc are all in HORRIBLE condition. I have been here a year and there have been at least 3 shootings/homicides just around my building! There is a family in my building that have turned the rear of the building into a parking lot/repair shop/moto cross track. I cant open my windows in the evening because of the noise caused by the constant motorcycle riding. The staff is not concerned with the upkeep of the units only the window dressing due to the fact that they know no one is going to be here long. If you have a washing machine box MOVE THERE NOT HERE!!!!
