First, the management took my application fee and then demanded more money to move in. They kept changing my move-in date leaving me to have to live with friends for a minute. The maintenance is horrible. The neighborhood is horrible. The shootings occurred every week in my area. I am pretty sure that someone was killed while I stayed there. I was very used to seeing Dekalb's finest every week. The traffic on Wednesday and Sunday is horrible for residents. The apartments are not what they advertise. My apartment's fuse box was throwing actual electrical blue currents. Which I know is an extreme fire hazard.

Overall, don't do it at all. Keep searching.

I move here last year it's a disaster, drugs and a terrible staff do not move here the rob you with fees and if by chance you a few days late they harass you, you would feel like you are losing your mind. They never fix anything in your apartment but always want rent on time. Bad for business I hope they lose this dead beat run down place someday. it was a big mistake ever coming here.
