The apartment complex is lovely and I have only a few complaints. I know for a fact, that a criminal background check, is supposed to be done on any teenager that moves in. There is a family in building #1300, whose male teenager has a criminal record (burglary, assault and numerous unlawful act charges). The mother drives a vehicle that is continually being worked on, in the parking lot. First it was a flat tire, then engine work, a headlight out, etc. There is a large oil drip, that is left wherever the "Black Lexus" is parked. The children continously play loud "Rap" music and it is very unbearable, when you have to be up at 5 in the morning. I have attempted to speak with the mother, only to be cursed out. The manager's office has not returned my call, so I presume I have no choice, but to move out of Bldg, #1300.
