I relocated here from South Florida, with my two young children. I absolutely have no complains, from the application process over the phone, Annette has been very helpful, the day I came to move in was unexpected and they still had everything together as promised! They had an issue with cars being broken into, but notified the entire community with a door to door community memo making you aware of what's happening. All the neighbors in and around are very nice and are always welcoming to my little ones. You may see a few kids playing but in designated areas and ALWAYS the same 3 or 4 kids. They are very respectful, they were sitting on the steps to my building I politely asked them not to, they apologized and they have never done it again. The gate is really almost always working. I have seen it down twice and it was repaired the next day. I have had a lot of contact with the office and no one has ever mentioned to me about this site. Candace, may be a bit short at times on the phone, but it's the nature of the business, you may want to chit chat or wine about something irrelevant and she may have 5 people waiting to be helped.I would definately recommend "LEXINGTON ON THE GREEN".
