I have been at this community for about 2 months now. I have to say when I first got here I was very intriged by the helpful staff. I was only shown the what they wanted me to see... A very peaceful pleasant community...LIES... They are very slow to come and fix problems. The community has people hanging out all times of the night and can become quite noise making it very hard to sleep... I have to say if you are looking for some where nice don't be fooled by the cute and nice staff...

I am also resident who has been living on the property for a year. I use to feel very safe but lately the quality of the community has gone down. It is to be expected that breakin inns will happen but I pay too much money to have people lingering around the property all hours of the night. It is also an eye sore to come home and see older kids loitering in the picnic area during business hours.Management has to be aware of this. What is up with the gate lately? It seems as if it is broken at least once a week. This is a beautiful property but managment needs to make some seroius changes.

The community is going down, and the amount of unsupervised kids running around the property is getting out of hand. Kids run up and down the steps non stop and it makes a lot of noise in the building, and my upstairs neighbors are constantly stomping against the floor. Management needs to tighten up on the enforcement of community rules.

I totally agree. There are too many kids (hanging out). There needs to be somewhere that they can congregate in a designated area with a basketball court or something. And what the h*ll is up with the pool! My wife and I would love to go to the pool in the evening to relax and enjoy a glass of wine but we can't even do that after a hard days work! What is up with that??? Can somebody give me some insight PLEASE!!

I fell the same way about the pool.I pay over a thousand dollars a month and i can only have two guest at the pool at one time. Me and my girlfried went to the pool last week and they have assigned some old lady to watch over the pool. It is just rediculous. The old lady is sitting there telling other adults that they can't do this, and they can't do, that like she is a lifeguard. H*ll if someone is drowning is she going to save them. Something that is highly unlikely. So this is my question what is she doing other than getting on our nerves.

Well I feel the same way brothas!
Im a grown man, paying some grown bills and I feel like I deserve MORE! I have always considered one of the best amenities to a community to be "the pool." I am a "romantic." I would love to take my girl to the pool too. I have not seen the so-called "old lady" because I work from dawn to dusk. Check this out, on the weekends, I would love to take my girl to the pool but the doggone lights don't work. Isnt that a code violation for a pool not to have lights working to let swimmers (young and old) know what feet or level of water that they are swimming in? I mean I like it dark, but d*mn! And whats up with the dumpster with the torn off door at the "entrance" of the community. That's outright embarrasing to have friends or family over and as soon as they pull in all they see is a big hole in a dumpster. The only reason this community is rated at 80% is because everyone keeps posting to the April 16 comment. Make your own post people!! There are a lot of my neighbors talking about not renewing thier lease because of property up keep.
These are issues that I have with Lexington on the Green
The laundry room is a disaster!
The lights dont work in the pool!
The entire community has to depend on one maintenance man for services!
The missing dumpster door is an eyesore and an enticement for rodents!
The cheap sticks to keep people in and out at the gate that continuously are broken week in and week out allowing several non-residents to flow in and out of the community encouraging theft and loitering!
In most "luxury" communities these things are a norm to have in order. I am going to leave this comment here and in addition post it as an individual plea for some order in this community!
Seeing that dumpster door coming in for work was the last straw for me, I had to make this post on apartments.com!
