I have been so disappointed living here. The apartments are spacious, but the service is ridiculous. And I always have some type of bug coming through the cracks in the floor. I've had worms, huge waterbugs, scorpions (which I have never even seen in GA before moving here), spiders, and ants in my apartment frequently. The walls are so thin and I hear my neighbors EVERY move. And if you want maintenance or pest control to come, you can forget it. Management, if you read this, please take it seriously and correct the problems of the community. Reseal the apartments, send out pest control regularly, and insulate the walls more. Or drop the rent about $200 - $300. I'm definitely buying a house when my lease is up, since I have to take care of all of the issues in my apartment anyway it really doesn't make sense to rent.

I been here for two years and i agree with they need to pest control because we have had water bugs BUT thats not the real problem. We had MICE!!!! Can you beat that?!?!? They did NOTHING about it and I had to take care of the problem myself. I have a child and mice carry diseases and germs. There were 6 of them in the apartment and we didnt get any kind of help from leasing office.
