We have been here for 2 years and every once in a while we would see a water bug..BUT thats not the problem. The problem we have now are MICE!!!! There have been 6 of them now and i have a child and mice carry diseases and germs...This is very serious and they definitely multiply and I am sure we are not the only ones with this problem. We didnt get any help from staff about it and maintenance came by for a minute and then that was it. I am so scared of these things and i know they can bite. We notified the office and they never called back to see if we needed them or anything. Pretty much we are on our own. I hate it for the next renter in that apartment. We are moving this month out of there.

I haven't had an issue with mice but I've had issues with maintenace. They are very slow to respond to issues and when they do finally come they have an attitude! I've been living on the property for almost five years and service(maintenance) has gone to HELL!
