When I first moved to walden Brook it was very nice at the time. but as time went on mang.allowed all types of nasty people to move on the property. the maint. there was always great. I had to stop counting on how many times they had to replace the gate arm because of people breaking it. There were always people drinking in th parking lot and playing loud music. This propery is on it 4tth property mangr. and its 3rd maint sup. I guess the other that have come and gone know how bad the property is. Also to let you people know Walden Brook is the only property that this company United residential has doing background checks on people I wonder why ? It must be that this is the only ghetto/black property they own. So if your deciding to rent the please remember to reant at your own DAMN RISK ok
