Eight reasons not to move here.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
1.Sinking Buildings.
2.No response to calls to courtesy officer.
3.Tractor trailers parked in parking lot.
4.Bad traffic because of New Birth Church and Wal-Mart.
5.Maintenance request not being responded to ie. Filters & Broken faucet.
6.Maintenance people don?t even leash their own dogs.
7.Basketball hoops set up in the breezeways.
8.Office phones go unanswered for up to 4 hours during "office" hours.
