I moved here in the summer of 2003. It was beautiful and the people around seemed pretty nice. Then once the 2003-2004 school year began all hell broke loose. There were kids everywhere and I mean everywhere. I don't know what happened, but it seemed as though the requirements to get in were lowered to almost gone. Trash began to appear everywhere like the whole property was one big trash can. The children began writing on the buildings and jumping on cars. At one point I thought they were going to jump on my car with me standing right there. There were people who lived below me in a two bedroom that would have parties and there would be about 100 people in the apartment, making me have to park three buildings away more than one time. There was even a time when I was walking my dog and someones dog had been let loose and they were not trying to retrieve it. I had to run with my dog to saftey because the Dog began chasing us. Then I has asked to get my roof fixed numerous times after it had leaked the first time on my laptop computer. They claimed they had fixed it and it rained againg after I had put the computer back in the computer niche area and it destroyed my laptop. They said I had to use my renters insurance to get it fixed after they had told me they had fixed the problem. Also, they messed up my water bill. Who ever they have putting in that info does not know what they are doing and don't aske the manager to help you out because she doesn't know anything. Oh, yeah can't, her ass got fired. All the 6 managers they had while I was there are now gone. I would not move here if they gave me a full years rent free. It sucks and the office people suck too. Its not worth the money or the headache.
