I reported to the office 4 months ago that I had mold in my apartment. The office had someone check it and they informed me that it was condensation. They wiped down the walls and the windows and installed vent covers. The mold has now come back in double-fold. It is in both my bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room and closet. They put a dehumidifier and an ozone monitor in the one bedroom to help control the problem, but this is no guarantee that it will fix the problem. Both machines are being run constantly on my electric bill. When asked if I had to pay for the rise that would occur from this, they said yes. They have no intentions of reimbursing me. I pay entirely too much money for their half thrown together buildings. I will also have to agree with some of the others when they say that our community has gone down hill. We receive letters informing of criminal activities which have taken place on the property stating, "this is not to make you afraid but to make you aware." What kind of mess is that' If you can't be safe where you lay your head, why be there at all' I will not renew my lease nor do I recommend anyone to move here.
