Walden Brook is a ghetto hot mess! I lived there from March 2005 to August 2005. The office staff is HORRIBLE. The manager and assistant managers both have nasty attitudes, and they are both huge liars. The apartments are turning into the hood. I've come home to find Kool cigarette boxes lying in the breezeway, torn up phone books were thrown from the steps, and I even saw a box of condoms lying on the steps a couple of weeks ago! That sat there for about 3 days. Someone threw a babies' diaper over their balcony, and it sat in the grass for about a week. The gates are always broken, there have been break-ins into apartments, and everytime it rains, the cars parked in the front of the complx by the 5000-7000 buildings get flooded. These apartments are so cheaply manufactured. The walls are so thin, on numerous occasions I have heard the neighbor underneath me murdering many a song while she was in the shower. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not give these idiots the time of day...
