Walden Brook was a great place to live until I had to deal with the office staff. The manager (I believe her name is Rachel) is rude and not helpful at all. The staff hardly answers the phone and do not leave a message saying that it is urgent because you will not get a call back. Normal courtesies that are extended to residents at other apt complexes are not extended to the residents of Walden Brook. And, for every problem that I have had, Rachel's response has been "we have hundreds of residents, we do not have time for everyone." If you do not have time to talk to your residents and hear what is bothering them, then you do not need to work in a leasing office. The complex would be tolerable if they got a new staff.
