I have lived here for a 1 year and the biggest problem I have had is the attitude of the office staff. Rachel (assistant manager) and Yoland (office manager) is non responsive. If it were not for the fact that there has been a recent rash of break ins and one tenet being held up at gun point I don't think we would have heard much from them at all. They are slow to respond to maint. calls and seem annoyed if you suggest that you are dissatisfied.
