I lived at Walden Brook and at first my experience was very pleasant,until my lease was up and I did not want to re-sign.The manager and assistant manager Rachel and Nichole are truly,truly crazy and not professional at all.I could had broke my lease when Yolanda the manager was their because of all the break in's and arm robbery,but I decided to stick on in there. I should had left then and nothing could had been done about it.

You seem to be angry and confused. I am not a resident there, but did look to become one. Because my rental history was not favorable, I was not approved, I can truly appreciate the policy. Where I currently live, there have been arm robberies and shootings and much worse than youve described and there is NOTHING you can do to get out of your lease legally without being penalized some fees. believe, I've tried. Once my lease is in January, I will again try to rent at Walden Brook, because they are nice and the staff was very honest with me. If you are so upset, reveal your name to them and deal with it like a real woman. Thank you. Leslie Barnes

don't rent with walden brookif you don't have to, for the price it is not worth it. you will get the same quality of life at less expensive less "secure" apt. there is crime everywhere you go. and people who get easily offended at other peoples opinions are more than likely staff 'cause it aint that serious, its not a person or a cat or dog, its an apartment complex and nothing is perfect, especially in lithonia.
