I resided here at W.B. for approx 9 months. I liked it. I will not say that I loved it because it was a basic apartment to me and for the money I was paying I felt it was not worth it.

Office Staff: I felt that they was okay during my residency there. They never bothered me and I never bothered them. If I had a problem and needed it taken care of I made sure that I communicated it with Lisa and I was then assured that it was taken care of and it was done. I will say that I am glad that Mrs. Borders is no longer there because when they had an community function she was no where to be found and that makes the tenants feel as if she didn't care about her place of employment or the community.


Maintenance: I would say for the most part is okay. One of them didn't speak good english due to him not being from the states. John is the supervisor and he is ok. I think that he is a lil slow in the head tho. I did have them to come and fix my dishwasher and they left a note telling me that I should not use dish liquid but use dish washing detergent. I am smart enough to know what I am to use and not to use. I thought that was a lil strange when they looked underneath my cabinet in the kitchen and you see CASCADE DISHWASHING LIQUID.

Building Structure: (Outward Appearance) It was okay. Nothing to brag about.

Inside of the apartments: Decent but to me not worth the price. Should be no more than $650.00 starting renting price for the one bedroom with 914 sq. ft. Also thin walls.

Security: I never had any problem at all other than someone took my valve covers off my tires and I didn't understand that one. Never reported it tho.

Security Officer Onsite: I felt that there was not one at all. I had an issue with loud music from the neighbor beside me and I called the officer and I never recieved a call back nor did he report to the problem. I feel that he is just clocking and but doing nothing and I believe that he is going to the model unit sleeping when he is suppose to be working or he is sleeping at home and he is ignoring the calls of the paging system.

Mail Center: I have noticed that the carried has left everyones mail out for anyone to get it. Carrier just left the mail crates and they was nowhere to be found. To me that was and is a BIG confidentually rule or repour that was broken. All ya bussiness was out there for anyone to get. To my knowledge no ones mail was gone thru or taken. A resident reported it and the office staff retrieved the mail crates.
