This complex is pleasing to the eye, and the girls working in the leasing office are extremely kind and seemingly concerned UNTIL you have signed on the dotted line "lease agreement". Getting maintenace to do there job is hell. The girls working in the office seems to care nothing about their tenants, they seem to care more about looking and sounding nice than keeping their tenants happy, by doing their job! Also, beware that when you sign your lease agreement, they have you sign the walk thru papers before you actually do the walk thru which gives them the chance to not even give you a walk thru, but say they did because you signed the papers already.
