Well, I did read the reviews before I moved here, so I was forewarned. However, I was in a desparate situation and needed to move ASAP.

Thank GOD I got a top floor apartment & luckily my bedroom doesn't connect to any other apartment. ALL the tenants in my building have to be tone deaf because they play their music & Televisions so loud that I can hear it in my apartment & even when I am walking towards the building. For the life of me I cannot understand why people have NO respect for other people when they move into an apartment. It's an APARTMENT, i.e. you have neighbors in close proximity.

My neighbors also have choir practice weekly either really late at night or early in the morning! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Maintenance is the WORST I have EVER seen in my ENTIRE life!!! I went into the office to give them a list of things that needed to be done. I also told them that I had guests coming into town in a week. The "agent" told me that she would put a RUSH on it. RUSH'! HA! Needless to say, I got someone else to do the things for me. 2 months later I come home & there is a service request slip on my counter. ARE THEY SERIOUS'!!! I don't know what the guy did, because it was too late. Also, after maintenace made that visit my heat no longer worked. I called the "after hours emergency line" where the recording said my call constituted an emergency since it was below 50 degrees. I went & bought a heater from the store to survive the night. The next morning when the office opens I let them know & the idiot says "we just got in!" DUH! I had been calling the EMERGENCY line since the night before.

Also the false-sense-of-security gate is often broken. Not to mention the broken gate kept tenants out for almost a week!!!!!!!!

One good thing in all of this was that my apartment was a brand new unit. Also, if I go in my bedroom & close my door I don't hear noise.

YOU be the judge. I have about six months left here & I WON'T be renewing. I pray that I can get a house.

You can get a house, just pray !!! I am very angry about my situation with Wesley Kensington and I haven't even made it to Georgia yet.

I have a little time left to my term as well and I won't be renewing. I couldn't wait until the winter because the pool noise is crazy! maintainance is a joke and what management. It's a revolving door down there. When i moved in my apartment had not been painted, there was a large crack in the wall and the tub was badly stained. I finally got it all repaired after 6months. I thought it was a brand new complex?? Even if I can't get a house, I won't be here!
