This community has been the worst living experience of my life. Don t be fooled . . . ask any random resident and they will have a list of nightmare stories. And the positive reviews on this site were OBVIOUSLY written by a member of the Wesley-Kensington staff. Read them and think what tenant would describe an apartment complex like it was from a brochure. You should run based on that alone.

WAIT! . . . the culture doesn't stop at Wesley-Kensington. It transcends to the Wesley Apartment Homes corporate office. Ask them about the RAPE that occurred at one of their other properties. ----- --------, Vice President, Property Operations treated the rape victim with such vile disregard. Call him, and ask him yourself----------------------. They can t deny it. The police reports are on file. He had her on the phone in tears.

In addition, they will not offer full disclosure on your apartment pricing. They honestly do a bait and switch to get you to sign. Then they add $40 per month for a water fee, they add $15-$20 dollars for a fireplace (even if it s the middle of the summer and you didn't ask for a unit with a fireplace) Oh yeah, here is the kicker . . . it s so so easy to get in, so hard to get out. Be careful of their policy that only lets a certain number of tenants move out per month. (who ever heard of such a thing) They literally will try to hold you hostage. Be an informed consumer and stay the hell away. STAY TUNED . . . I will tell you more once my lease is up. I have never written a review for anything in my life. But, girl . . . I can t let anyone else fall victim.
