I myself find it a little funny,that after all the true reviews of this place, we all of a sudden have these "I LOVE LIVING HERE" reviews. It seems that the Management staff in Wesley Kensington are as dumb as I thought they were. Here are the facts: I was a tenant of Wesley kensington, who always paid rent on time and didn't have any issues with maintenance or the staff. I however, was a victim of a burglary which I learned from the Detective working my case(Detective Hall) was an ongoing problem within the community. The management staff however, didn't see it necessary to inform tenants on the burglaries in the community because they aren't obligated to do so, this is what I was told by one of the boys in the office. The staff must be offering "FREE RENT" to anyone who writes a positive review.

Okay I am confused here. I have like 2 out of 5 that says that this place is great. what is really going on here. My husband is moving out there in August and I really need the truth about this place. I have a four year old and we are currently in Florida. So is this place as bad as everyone say it is.

yes it is as bad as everyone says it is. please move somewhere else. when I was sitting in the leasing office filling out my paperwork to move in, a lady told me to move somehere else because someone tried to steal her car from out there, but I didn't listen. I have talked to other people that live out there, and they all know someone who has been a victim of burglary. there are many other nice and safe apartment complexes in the city of Atlanta, try one of those.

i have looked at reviews for apartments from california to georgia. it is evident the problem isnt just the community.. its also the tenants!! Unless you are a HOMEOWNER. then really the complaints will fall on def ears. How can you expect anything more when the area itself isnt all that great... Its really sad that in a nation so full of prosperity we still have to deal with crime and chaos when we come home..

I'm sorry your experience was so horrbile.....wait...let me stop. I'm not sorry your experience was horrible. it seems like you're a regular to this website and you should have been smart and done your research. I've been posting reviews since I moved into this place and everyone has been nothing but nice. The complex is always clean, quiet and safe. Unfortunately, you haven't had the same experience I have and that sucks for you, but don't try to make other peoples experience the same negative ---- yours has been. get a grip.
