I've tried to post a comment every 3 months. My lease ends in March and I am considering renewing my lease. For the year i've lived in this apartment complex, i've had no problems. the leasing office is great, I never feel unsafe and it's always quiet. I never have a problem with the leasing office because the only reason I would ever need to be there is to pay my rent, which I ALWAYS get a receipt for. only stupid people pay rent and don't request receipts.Secondly, I enjoyed my apartment building (building 11000) because it was (when moved in) and still is a fairly empty building. I moved in when this building was in Phase 2 and though the building can accomodate 16 families, there're only 4 people that reside in the whole building, whick I love. I never have to worry about screaming kids or loud adults. Everyone that lives in this building are single young people and I know them all by name and parking spot. I currently pay a little more than I would like to pay, if I choose to stay. I know whoever I work with in the leasing office would love to make a good New Years bonus by keeping me as a tenant, so we'll see if they're willing to keep me and knock $150 off my monthly rent.

The grass is always manicured, the neighborhood is always quite (even now that it's summer with the kids out) and the people in the leasing office are pleasant....,My problem is that since i've been here, my guests have never been able to use the front gate,. They've always used the back entrance, but now that the construction workers are building a gate in the back, my guests need to use the front gate. I have called the leasing office for the past 2 weeks to find out what the problem was with my phone number being updated in the systems....I spoke to Alisa and Brandon; Both of which have been giving me the run around....It's starting to get a little tiring with the --------.....An update will be coming in another month

Thank you so much for an honest and identifable comment. I'm planning on moving to Wesley Kensington myself next month, but was hesitate because of all the comments. I appreciate that you took the time to write this review. It helped make my decision a lot easier.
