Moved in Feb 07, and it was the worst mistake of my life. The gates were consistently broken, the garbage disposal was constantly full, and there were kids always running through cars, through breezeways and through the rear of the apartments. The leasing staff was always rude, and treated you more like an inmate, then a resident. The staff was more concerned about looking nice, than treating you with respect.

My upstairs neighbor, for the entire year I lived there continuously allowed her son to bounce a basketball at all times of the night. When complained on, the leasing office advised me to wear earplugs! The parking was atrocious! On numerous times coming home, I either had to park at the carwash, or parking at another building at the top of the hill!

On more than one occasion while in the leasing office, I overheard the staff telling potential residents that the property was brand new, less then a year old. The same thing they told me when I moved in. My apartment got broken into, and I had rentals insurance. But the leasing office did not send my paperwork in when I signed my lease, instead they attempted to when I reported the burglary. Needless to say, the insurance company did not honor my claim, nor did the leasing office.

The break in happened on October 2007, and I moved out in February of 08. When I moved out the door was still not completely fixed. I had to tell the leasing office three times that I did not plan to renew my lease, but they continuously sent me letters, threatening to charge me if I did not provide a notice. The maintenance was horrible, felt like we were talking with burglar's than professionals. Overall rating, is a 1!

you are on the money with this post. I am having all the same issues you are, except my apartment hasn't been broken into. the staff is very unprofessional and don't have a clue about anything. I can't wait to get out myself.

Yes, I also agree. The staff is horrible except two people the maintenance is slow. Rental insurance is so true, they didn't send my papework in until they seen us grilling and this is when I seen the charge the very next day...The kids are running everywhere and in the breeze ways, Trash is becoming a issue and it's going to be REALLY ghetto this summer i believe. My lease is up in 3 months and i'm out. You can hear everything through the walls. I do enjoy the events they have, that's really nice. Other than that....It's over rated just because it's located near the mall. OH, no grocery stores are near...so running up the street is out of the question...Not recommended.
