I gave a deposit of $400.00 (via a money order) July 20, 2008....the MO was cashed on 7/23. I shortly after I changed my mind from renting from WESLEY KENSINGTON...I was told that I would receive $250.00 of the $400.00 via mail. Today is OCTOBER 21, 2008 and I have yet to receive my $250.00. Each time I would call - I'm told THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL. My question is WHERE IS THE CHECK COMING FROM' WEST AFRICA'
I need my $250.00 as soon as possible otherwise, I will be forced to get an attorney involve.
