I live on the property and the maintenance is pooooooor! I have been without air for the whole summer! The staff has constantly lied saying they tried to enter my apartment to fix the air and couldnt not enter. That's not true! This was a BRAND NEW APARTMENT!!! I HAD A WHOLE IN THE BATHTUB WHICH CAUSED A WATER LEAK AND MILDEW! IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO COME OUT! And I'm still burning up and sweating as I write this review!!!! I will be contacting Dekalb County code enforcement on them in the morning! Don not move here if you like the convenience of air and good maintenance. It also reflects on poor management!

this place is hell. Please don't move here people. Believe the reviews when you read them. I thought the reviews were just a bunch of bull**** but they are not. When I first moved in everything was great but they do not care about their residents. Yes, they have events for the community but that doesn't mean anything when you have a office full of liars. Saqaun never return phone calls and when you ask to speak to a manager they always say that no one is available. But when you go to the office Saquan ass is on his cell phone sitting under a tree talking or running down the sidewalk exercising. They are full of it. Don't let the interior fool you. The place is nice inside but the qaulity of the staff is horrible. They are in desperate need of new management. Take this advice or leave it. I wish many of days that I would have took the advice of the former residents.

---- wesley Kensington Apartments. Our AC has been off for over a week and no one has come up here to check it out. The staff is lazy and full of ----. They will lie to you just as easy as breathing air. I am in the middle of finding another apartment because I refuse to give these fools one more dime. And when they bring their eviction notice I'm going to tell them to evict deeeeeezzz nuts.
