This is a very new complex but there goal is get as much money from your tenants as possible. They don't keep the grounds up. Plus there is major contruction effort going on right on the property so there is no peice and quite. Everyone I know is moving out and so are we. Also the staff is in constant turnover. I see a new face every month and your treated like a number.

Anonymous, I agree with the previous writer whole-heartedly. I am fed up with the poor administration process. No one calls back like they are suppose to whenever you leave a message. Three times I asked for a manager about a particular matter and not once has she (Melissa) taken the time to talk to me. I down graded from a 2 bedroom into 1 one bedroom and the cost to clean the carpet in the 2 bedroom amounted to $300 for several small stains in both bedrooms. Even though the maintaince man said the apartment was left in a very good condition with the exception to the stains which were not hard to remove.
