Don't Move Here!!

All I have to say is stay away from the leaches of Wesley Providence.
The "leaching" office is full of bitchy workers who smile in your face when you're about to sign the lease and then transform into money hungry workers after you're locked into your contract. They are so damned rude! They snap at you when you ask simple questions and all of the women in there speak with phony white girl accents. It's so damned annoying.
My coward of an ex-roommate skipped out on me and left me with a 10-month lease and an $844 per month rent. I admit that's not the leasing office's fault, but it's the way they treat you when you're a few days late that is absolutely insane. From the time I've been living here (eight months) I have NEVER been late, then last month I didn't have all the money and so I took a week to pay the rent. The staff post these red letters in my door threatening to evict me in 24 hours. That's not even legal!
Don't even think about putting in a work request. I had mold in my closet because water was seeping up from the ground. Why' I don't know. They took three weeks to get to it. It was only after I threatened to withhold rent that they did anything.
The construction is so damned loud it's annoying. They're adding new apartments. The apartment itself is quite lovely and very spacious. You would be proud to come home to it. My advice to people, especially those getting an apartment with a roommate is to make sure that you can pay the ENTIRE rent on your own.
Do yourself a favor, if you don't listen you have no one to blame but yourself. Find an apartment that's closer to downtown Atlanta. Traveling up I-20 and having to pass the Wesley Chapel exit is going to drive you CRAZY! It's always congested (due to construction) and you WILL sit in traffic for 1-2 hours.
If you do decide to go ahead and move here, don't sign more than a 6 month lease. Sure, it'll be more expensive, but let me tell you something, after three months in this place, you'll be ready to leave.
Also be smart, I wasn't - $844 a month is too much money for an apartment. Get a mortgage instead, at least at the end of the day the house will be yours.
