As a resident of over two years, I have seen the progressive decline of these apartments. When I first moved in they were still in the building phase and the residents were much like a close-knit family. But once the units were filled it was as if the staff's heads started turning around and began spitting out pea soup. They became unresponsive at best and rude is not an exaggeration. There have been no notifications of any of the incidences of crime that have happened on site, nor have the advertised amenities been consistently offered or available.

The other residents, in my opinion, have been "generous at best" in their review of this complex. We have heard from other residents that cars have been broken into, residents have been assaulted, and there is a basic exodus of current residents from this property. My advice would be check with the local police department for crime records as well as check with residents when management is NOT around to get the real deal.
