Biggest mistake of my life!

Where do I begin' I moved here for work, without knowing anyone and management swore it was a great location. I thought it was a good choice because of the apartment size, 24-hour fitness center, and secure grounds. Within a month of moving in, I was sorry.
Management is the poorest I've ever seen, rude and clearly not too fond of their jobs. Don't bother going to them with neighbor or noise issues because nothing will happen - like clockwork at 6am each morning, my upstairs neighbors start blaring their music EVERYDAY. I've complained twice to no avail.
Back in January someone flooded the formerly 24hour fitness/business center and management decided "one bad apple had spoiled it for everyone" -- those were the exact words spoken to me by the apartment manager, who is so RUDE! Now the fitness center is open 7am-6pm each day; so if you work typical 8-5 hours, don't bother.
Working security gates are a crap shoot. They've stayed broken for weeks on end. The noise from residents and construction is bad; there's no upkeep done on the apartments, not even pest control, which I find odd. The trash compactor usually looks like a landfill and the mailbox area is often a mess, too. Yes, the apartments are a nice size, but Lithonia's a bad location. The nearby mall is okay but not worth moving to the area. I-20 takes forever. If you work near Midtown, expect to sit in traffic for an hour to and from work each day - and that's on good days. When I moved in I had two sane neighbors and they've fled. When my lease is up I will do the same, assuming I can make it that long.
