This apartment community is very poorly managed. Not only is there a revolving door as far as the staff is concerned, but their only concern is receiving the rent on time. Towards the end of my time at this complex the staff refused to fix the numerous repairs that began to mount in my apartment which her truly a result of shotty construction and appliances. The rent went up $45 each time the lease was up and then when I moved they charged me several hundred dollars for "repairs". I reluctanly paid this amount within 30 days of receiving the notice and the jerks claimed I didn't pay it and sent it to a collections agency. These people are unprofessional and stupid!
