Application sat for 1 wk w/o any attention (they admitted this). Said "fell thru the cracks" --but not the money order: $150; non-refundable after 48 hrs.
Move in date mid-Nov 06 and have been treated horribly. The staff is rude.
Tried to charge us (married couple) for 2 app fees (of $50 ea). 2 different price quotes for the same apt. Filled out 2 separate applications.
They DO NOT ACCEPT State Farm Ins or other major insurance. Mandatory $50K coverage (acquired thru the apt complex).
NO Comcast or other major CABLE or INTERNET. ...they have their own mandatory insurance & suggested cable/internet.
SET WATER BILL amt, included in rent...no matter the usage.
Everyone has a hand on your app...no consistent answers, status, or progress.
Calling the CORPORATE OFFICE did not help.
WAIVING DEPOSIT ($250) was out of the question (not at all considering the hardship of getting approved & app processed).
They LOST out on $10k (rent for yr) because they had terrible attitudes & very poor business ethics.
...we will not be moving in!!!

If they told you renters insurance has to come from one of their reps, they out-right lied! I've lived in three complexes over 9 years and have always used my auto insurance co. for this. Glad you changed your mind, I didn't and now I'm stuck.
