Don't move here. Don't let the looks fool you. It looks nice and they talk nice, but living there isn't. The staff lies and does not hold there obligations to the tenants. I just moved out of a nice place due to the bad staff and the fact that I had to pay that much money for a broken gate. I am having the same issues here. I moved in May 25th. Had my inspection on the 27th. I have made 5 requests to get some items fixed and they still haven't done it. Then I read up on the "2-day service guarantee" you are entitled to free rent if they don't fix something in 2 days. I threw that at them, now they won't respond to anything. They only talk to you if you actually go to the office. They won't be getting rent out of me. Also, there resident connect corporate line doesn't even respond to you. I think the calls just re-route to the leasing office. It's a beautiful place and a horrible place to live at the same time. Would I recommend it....HELL NO!
