Don't be fooled by the nice office, this place is a ripoff slum.

The security gates didn't work in the whole six months that I lived there promoting gangs and drug traffic throughout the night.

The trash overflowed the compactors with rats seen wandering around in the early mornings.

Poor insulation between apartments from loud arguements and loud music.

Abandoned cars on site. When I made complaints the cars were turned around so lack of license plates was not visiable from street.

My apartment door was damaged from a break-in that happened before I moved there. The deadbolt was never properly fixed by maintenance. I fixed it myself.

Garbage disposal was broken, but eventually fixed.

Blinds were low quality, only partically restricting visibility into the apartment.

Improper wiring in building blew up my computer. Their internet provider refused to pay for replacement.

The parking lot lighting has some sort of energy saving cycle that shuts the lights off every few minutes. It's tough trying to sleep with the lights constantly turning on and off throughout the night.

They scammed all departing residents out of security deposits. Usual tactic is that they are too busy to do a walk through. but they have been in your apartment recently and know your apartment is in good shape. A letter is sent out a few weeks later with inflated charges. I'm a 60 single professional person and their scam charge was 738.00 for carpet cleaning for a one bedroom apartment.

This might be a good place for a crack ho or a drug dealer to live.
