From the very first day I had problems. My apartment was not ready to move into.
The apartment was not cleaned properly, there was dust and dirt in all of the counters. On my move in inspection i listed every thing that was wrong, some of them were major, like the refrigerator, the stove and the toilet. I did not get a access gate pass and was not able to enter the gates the first night I moved in. I had issues setting up my utilities and they could not figure out who would service me for electricity. I was misled about the cost of cable they told my bill would be a totally different much higher price. I have been here for a month and my name is not even in the gate system. I have placed an emergency call because I was not able to get into the gate and still have not gotten a call. The breezeway at my building is very dirty and when I asked about having them cleaned they told me that it was only done once a month because of the water restriction. The cutomer service is terrible. The staff lied to me and continue to lie and provide bad service. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I am so glad that you feel the same exact way that I do and to be honest with you, all of the same exact things happened to me upon move in. I have been there fully about a month myself. I was sitting in the office one day and I almost told this lady that was moving from out of state not to move here, but I did not want to interfere with her affairs.
